Lobster mushrooms have an orangish, reddish color similar to that of a lobster. They are a meaty mushroom that works well in stews or soups. They can also be sliced thin and sauteed with meat or vegetables. Our dried mushrooms have great color and come in nice large chunks. We hand select our mushrooms choosing only the highest quality mushrooms.
