Our fresh chanterelle mushrooms are picked at the peak of ripeness daily in the mountains of the Pacific Northwest. Fresh chanterelle mushrooms are only found in the wild lands by intrepid foragers who are well trained and only pick the best chanterelle mushrooms available. Chanterelles have a bright yellowish-orange color and taste apricoty with earthy flavors.
